Oil on Canvas

This piece takes the filter off the norms of how people represent themselves, revealing the invisible motives. The figures within the collage, wearing white shirts, are depicted as canvases, moving imagination from illustration. The facial expressions and actions portray a raw expression of greed, jealousy, pride, and selfishness. The translucent layers of the figures' eating become fluorescent, highlighting the feeling and enemata of euphoria when their desire is met. The trill of the out-of-body experience leads them to consume more and become additionally hungry for this fulfillment and pleasure. The food and atmosphere become warped. The environment cannot be depicted, as they are fully immersed in this continuous consumption and pleasure. This creates a phenomenally atmospheric, spooky, and abstract approach to explaining the contamination of greed. The grease on a white canvas extracted from the pleasure of food is the ultimate result of human nature from a natural context.
